How do I fill out the e-Ticket required to enter or leave Dominican Republic
WHAT IS THE ELECTRONIC TICKET ?
It is a digital form required by multiple institutions for entering or leaving the national territory.
It is mandatory for each passenger to truthfully complete the information on the electronic Ticket for the General Immigration Office, the General Customs Office and the Ministry of Public Health, according to dominican laws 285-04, 115-17, 72-02 and 226-06.
Last Wednesday, September 1, the electronic migration form or e-Ticket that came into force must be presented by all travelers from or to the Dominican Republic, according to the General Directorate of Migration(DGM).).
The e-Ticket combines the Declarations of Migration, Customs, and Public Health in a single digital document that travelers had to complete manually at the ports of entry and exit.

Request
- Click the button E-ticket request
- Fill in the other requested fields.
- Click on Submit button.
- If you already have an application, click access and enter your application number.
Inside the Form
- Save the generated application code, with this code you can enter the form at any time
- Fill in the required data correctly.
- The Unique Customs Declaration is only required for adults (18+)
- The Declaration of Symptoms required by the Ministry of Public Health is only required for entry to the country.
Filled Form
- A Ticket will be generated with a QR code
- Click the Generate PDF button if you want to save it to your device
To access the form, the traveler must enter the portal https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/ and select the preferred language.
e-Ticket required to enter or leave Dominican Republic for check-in, and when requesting the electronic ticket, the citizen must complete the security question, specify if he/she is accompanied (members of the same family), in addition to specifying the amount, maximum six companions.
