The project consists of a 450 room resort style hotel complex located on Coson beach on the Samana peninsula, voted one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet which runs for miles.

The complex is developed along the coast, allowing most of the rooms to enjoy the beach front and the unique landscape views that make up the fine sand, the crystal clear waters and the lush vegetation that borders it.

The unique characteristics of the place determined that the relationship with nature was the primary element that guided the design process.

The planimetry of the complex responds to a symmetrical arrangement, the buildings are organized perpendicular to the coast, forming open spaces in which the facilities for the hotel’s recreation and entertainment activities are organically developed: swimming pools and water mirrors, areas sunbathing, restaurants and bars.

These spaces open to a paved promenade in front of the beach, the boulevard of the sea, which recreates the famous fishing village of Las Terrenas, a tourist attraction that develops along the coastal strip of that town and which is the result of the commercial transformation of the typical ranches of the fishermen. The terraced staggering and the curved shape of the blocks is a gesture of reverence for the uniqueness of the place.

Hotels like these are a great addition to our flourishing town and can only be good for its continued growth and more flights to Samana International airport.
