The location is in a nice area of both residential and tourist based properties and is within 450 metres of the beach, restaurants, shops and bars at Punta Popy, which is a 5 minute walk.

I would like to just offer some advice to those of you looking to come to Las Terrenas looking for property.
Please be aware that due to the busy rental demands especially on the weekends viewing property on Saturday is difficult.
Sunday is almost impossible as developments are closed and getting staff to open up is hard as Sunday is their only days holiday.
So please ensure that you look at coming in the week and allowing at least 3 or 4 days to see the town its places of interest and property.
