We have been blessed in the last few weeks to have had a few old clients visit and enjoy their properties that we sold them.

The town once again like every year leaves it late to get ready for Semana Santa (Holy week Easter) they are working finally after 18 months on the eroded beach road from Punta Poppy running into town.

Let's hope they finish this in time or it will be chaos if it could possibly get any busier during the Easter weekend.

Its like Spring break on steroids for all age groups madness but thankfully no real mayhem!

I would like to just offer some advice to those of you looking to come to Las Terrenas looking for property.

Please be aware that due to the busy rental demands especially on the weekends viewing property on Saturday is difficult.
|
Sunday is almost impossible as developments are closed and getting staff to open up is hard as Sunday is their only days holiday.
|
So please ensure that you look at coming in the week and allowing at least 3 or 4 days to see the town its places of interest and property.
|
