How many great things are happening in Las Terrenas its almost hard to know where to start!
|
|
There is a lot of new planned construction works that will add to the towns facilities both for residents and visitors a like.
|
|
In this newsletter I have put together what I feel are the most important ones!
|
|
These along with the works on the existing roads and infrastructure are only adding to our fantastic town without it losing its Caribbean charm.
|
|
We will still have no buildings over three stories and no chain fast food joints or International high rise hotels to spoil our special town.
|
Our own company Las Terrenas Property Services completed its third luxury home in May 2018 with two further luxury homes to build one that is in the final planning and costing stage and the other just starting!
|
One major new factor is the amount of English speaking expats that are moving here, which in turn has sent the local people into a movement of learning English.
|

We finished in May a luxury home on a beautiful ocean view lot (that we sold them) inside a gated community.
This was done through our construction company

Our clients wanted a luxury home with good size open plan living spaces that opened out with sliding pocket doors onto the terrace, gardens and pool with stunning ocean views!

They requested a top of the line kitchen with granite and an island breakfast bar, walk in pantry and separate laundry room.

The house has good sized open and covered terraces a double carport and gardens all set behind an electronic gated entrance and walls.
