Other great news that is top secret is that we have been given news and an exclusive brokerage agreement of a huge new development towards El Limon that will build a golf course, it will take at least 3 years but the plans are in process!

The existing golf course that has been under construction for over 16 years also continues to see work the word on the street is that this will open at some stage but when no one knows.

The big issue at teh moment is supply and demand which is creating a lack of good existing property to sell, property is selling so fast and prices continue to rise as demand surges.

I would like to just offer some advice to those of you looking to come to Las Terrenas looking for property.
|
Please be aware that due to the busy rental demands especially on the weekends viewing property on Saturday is difficult.
|
Sunday is almost impossible as developments are closed and getting staff to open up is hard as Sunday is their only days holiday.
|
|
So please ensure that you look at coming in the week and allowing at least 3 or 4 days to see the town its places of interest and property.
|
Please ask us to send you our Hotel recommendation list and transfer and car hire details.
|
|
If any of you are planning a trip here even if you don't intend to purchase property, then feel free to ask us for our recommendations and advice!
