Dear Friends both old and new!

I will start by apologising for not sending out any new letters no excuse apart from being so busy and having a week off with Helen and her brother during his ten day visit, more about that later!
|
|
The year is starting to look very good with new developments and land sites to build starting.
|
|
The last letter I mentioned the website I was working on which i have decided to shelved as the changes i have made to the current one have worked out very well.
|
|
I do however have to go over all the listings and reposition the map marker so it's bang on and look at and add more photos and videos to listings.
|
So please bear with me over the next month or so as I do this.
|
I will be starting another new website for my construction company as the old site is very limited and has not been given my best attentions over the last few years.
|
|
I want the new site to be a place that those looking at new build can use to see our work and get an idea online of potential costs for finished properties.
|
The second phase of the site will be to formulate a shopping based area that allows clients to build a house and get a budget price.
|

The Zona Colonial is a must see place for everyone to visit its one of our favourite places and never fails to impress us even after thirty or more visits.
|
|
This visit was planned so we could show James or Zigy as I call him this world famous UNESCO world heritage site our favourite bars and restaurants.
|
|
We stay at the Billini Hotel we love this place as its close to all the attractions but away from bars with music so a good night's sleep can be had.
|
|
The staff are very attentive and the various bars and restaurants that the hotel has are excellent.
|
|
Breakfast is buffet style and has a massive selection our favorite is the Moon restaurant bar on the rooftop terrace.
|
|
Free parking which is a must if you have a car!
|
|
I highly recommend this hotel.
|
The zona is filled with history, friendly people and is perfect for people watching whilst sitting at one of the outdoor restaurants.
|
|
If you have not done any homework get yourself on one of the tours either walking or on the little train. Hire your own guide there are lots who are licenced and authorised and work for the tourist centre.
|
The Conde is a long street that just off the Zona Colonial its busy with lots of shops, street sellers and cafe bars, a place to explore and shop, although don't expect designer brands and top makes.
|
|
