This report has taken extracts from the news reports from a local newspaper who have been in talks with Maximino Brito Lazala, the representative in charge for the group involved in this golf project.
The investment in The New Golf Course Las Terrenas Samana Dominican Republic will involve not one but two 18 hole courses and a 9 hole course along with Golf shop and Golf pros.
The developer says that the golf course will be integrated into a large real estate plan for both Villas, Apartments and the inclusion of a Marriott Hotel.
The developers have also looked at the existing infrastructure and will be committed to helping the authorities in implementing both advise and improvements to the local roads, sewage, garbage and water distribution along with other important factors that affect tourism.
The New Golf Course Las Terrenas Samana Dominican Republic master plan is to make Las Terrenas the number one Golf resort in the Caribbean not only with the three Golf courses planned, but also with the addition of several Golf courses along the new Atlantic Boulevard.
The plan is in place and we all await our first Golf course complex in Las Terrenas
